Skiing in Ruka-Kuusamo can be a peaceful experience away from the most crowded places. This skiing trip takes place in our rural village with impressive views toward Lapland. Finding our rythm, we ski at a slow pace, allowing the calm surroundings to guide us on an inward journey.

A hearty lunch is served in our village lakeside Kota. Our wilderness chef welcomes you to try local wild food - picked in the neighboring forest. Relax together around the fire and observe the cooking unfold in front of you. This cozy wilderness lunch experience is like a warm hug after an exciting day in the

arctic outdoors!

Trip information:

Guided by a professional wilderness guide, we use skin-based skis in terrain that allows us to enjoy our adventure, whether beginner or advanced. Available in two different skill levels:

Beginner level: For first-timers and those with a little experience, who want to enjoy skiing in easy-going terrain.

Advanced level: For experienced skiers, who enjoy and feel comfortable skiing steep uphills and downhills in the forest.

The price includes transportation, skis, poles and lunch.
