Villa Skitunas

Skitunäs villa is a charming log-wood villa for up to 12 people located by the sea in Southern Finland in Pyhtää, between Kotka and Loviisa. The cottage has plenty of room for families and larger parties and the grassy grounds are ideal for children to play in.

The villa has 3 bedrooms downstairs and one sleeping alcove above sauna. This alcove is only accessible via a ladder. The villa has a Pool-table and single beds on the mezzanine. Large living room has two comfortable sofas and a beautiful sea view from the window.

The house is warm and it is suitable for holidays all year around. From the air heating pump you can adjust the heating at the desired temperature in the winter and in the summer.

The kitchen has everything you need; plenty of dishes, kettle, toaster and a large dishwasher. The dining area has a seating for 10 people.

On the villa yard we have a grill hut that is suitable for 10 people to sit and enjoy around an open fire. For chilly nights there are Reindeer skins on the benches.

By the sea we have a seaside sauna, a pier and a swimming ladder. The beach by the pier is naturally sandy with some round stones in the shoreline. Further away the sea has a relatively smooth seabed.
