A moment of relaxation with singing bowls and therapeutic instruments, where you enter a calming soundscape with the support of a yoga instructor. Yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided for the class for a gentle moment. No previous experience is necessary, the class begins with calming movements for the body, after which you rest on yoga mats in a soundscape. Sound waves affect the body and mind, and the experience is individual in strength and effect.

Weekly classes to attend, private groups welcome, too!
