Idyllic Cottage in Kuhmoinen

Over a hundred-year-old phone cottage (5 people) has been restored to its glory and now offers luxury with primitive nuances.

The main cottage is fully equipped (e.g. water toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, air heat pump, television, and game console).

Primitive charm is provided by the 70's sauna cottage, where water and sauna are heated with wood. Washing up in the sauna cottage is easy, and the experience creates a unique atmosphere for cottage life. In addition to the well-equipped main cottage, luxury is offered by a large hot tub embedded in the terrace with lighting as an additional service.

Guests also have access to a pier on the shore of Lake Päijänne, about 250 meters from the cottage. The ground floor area of the main cottage is 40 m², the loft and attic room together are 25 m². The sauna cottage area is 25 m², and the summer cottage is 20 m². The buildings are located on a sloping plot, and there are stairs on the property and in the main cottage.

The loft of the main cottage has a double bed, and the attic room has three beds. Additionally, in the summer, the summer cottage has two beds. Thus, there are sleeping places for a total of seven people in the summer and five in the winter.
